In 2001, Mark opened his own practice. Since that time he has represented plaintiffs and defendants in civil and criminal matters, including wrongful death claims, medical malpractice, products liability, premises liability claims, auto accidents, assault claims, insurance coverage issues, contract disputes and various other civil and criminal matters.
